This role is more than simple recruiting. You should be able to talk about our strategy and articulate career opportunities that engage passive talent. More importantly, leverage your business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies. The candidate will have to work on multiple facets of the value chain of the company.
Develop & execute HR processes and procedures.
Handling all job portals and ensuring a consistent inflow of candidates for roles across all domains (basic understanding of all aspects of business, which would enable you to conduct the first-round interviews).
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare regular reports.
Create onboarding documents and conduct exit discussions.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, applicable employment laws and update policies/procedures as required.
Assuring two-way communication process between employees and management, through group meetings & Personal Meeting. Provides guidance & handle queries on human resource management policies, processes and systems.
Providing legal and best practice advice and guidance to managers on difficult employee relations issues.
