Position Description

  • Experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing.
  • Experience in Team Handling.
  • Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.

Position Responsibility

First Week:

  • On-boarding session: Toppr's journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
  • Training under the best: Spend time with the GM/AGM of Offline Expansion to get up-to-speed on Toppr's product, marketing, sales strategies and negotiation skills.

By Day 30:


  • Drive Engagement
    Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Toppr's brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.
  • Hosting Review Meetings
    Be a part of daily calls with current leaders.
    Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.

By Day 90:

  • City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels.
  • Build your own team
    Opportunity to build your own team of Freelancers, Interns, data coordinators to establish Toppr as the leading E-Learning education brand in the city for K12.
