Position Responsibility
First Week:
On-boarding session: Toppr's journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
Training under the best: Spend time with the GM/AGM of Offline Expansion to get up-to-speed on Toppr's product, marketing, sales strategies and negotiation skills.
By Day 30:
Drive Engagement
Help in generating qualified leads. Maintain Toppr's brand identity through a sustainable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.
Hosting Review Meetings
Be a part of daily calls with current leaders.
Hold individual pipeline review meetings and weekly team meetings.
By Day 90:
City Level Ownership: Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels.
