Toppr is looking for a Human Resource Manager in its team. As an HRM, you’ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive. You’ll be responsible to take charge of the operational activities on a large scale and build successful partnerships with stakeholders, benchmarking and adapting the recruitment best practices to improve conversion ratios at Toppr.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage recruitment and selection process.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
