We are looking for an Energetic individual with fire for Business development and sales
- You will need to have strong desire to solve customer problems.
- You will need to identify target customers, reach them and pitch to convert them and most importantly maintain a long term relationship.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Excellent presentation making and giving is a must
- Should be able to build your own database, reach over email or cold call.
- Should have exposure to CRM and should be able to track all activities there. For right candidate experience is no bar Handsome Sales incentive will be provided apart from the salary.
- Exposure to SaaS and B2B sales is preferred.
- Exposure to startup culture is critical.
- Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
- Well-developed understanding of the Health, Fitness, Wellness, and Beauty industry landscapes and the intersection with Saas/Technology
- Demonstrated technical aptitude- strong understanding of APIs, SaaS, and integrations
- Excellent judgment, presence and persuasive communicator- public speaking experience preferred
- Acquiring new customer accounts through outbound calls and existing network
- Meeting quarterly sales target in the region
- To ensure that the daily meetings takes place everyday with the team to review the :
(a) Previous days interactions
(b) Current day's plan
(c) Overall sales pipeline built for the current month
- To ensure Weekly reviews take place individually with each team member to
(a) To analyse the less than - benchmark- efficiencies, and identify the reasons for the same
(b) To communicate the reasons to the Team member and guide, motivate and - push- them towards the benchmarks and beyond
(c) To review the incentive earned by each team member and motivate him by sharing data of other top incentive earners and setting the incentive goal for the coming week
- New business generation (hunting) and upselling in existing accounts (farming) across India
