Position Description
This job is posted on behalf of BFC Data Systems Inc
The role of Cloud DevOps Engineer is to analyze, design, implement and validate strategies for continuous deployment to both host- and cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring high availability on both production and pre-production systems.
Position Responsibility
- Support all application teams in terms of cloud deployment and bring to the next level.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for hosting full stack application
- Have 5-6 years of relevant experience in a DevOps cloud environment
- Hands-on experience with and experience managing resources implementing solutions comprised of the following from each: TeamCity Continuous Delivery process, Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Docker, Containers, Kubernetes.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for projects in various languages like Go, Scala along with UI frameworks (React.js,Node.js, HTML, CSS)
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture (REST APIs, micro-services, etc) and API implementation.
- Experience leading/managing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CICD) projects for a wide range of technologies such as TeamCity
- Configure and manage data sources like MySQL, Elasticsearch, etc
- Redhat Enterprise Linux and/or CentOS build, development, and operations
- Hands on experience in deploying Microservices over Linux platform
- Hands on experience in configuring SSL, Ngnix
- Experience with open source technologies (Kafka, Elastic Search)
