Understand company's products, its target audience and market (age group, behaviours, countries etc), conduct market research and accordingly create effective marketing strategies and recommend appropriate channels to run paid ad campaigns;
Create strategies for building brand awareness in the target market;
Create paid ad campaigns on Search Engine Marketing channels such as Google Adwords - Search, Display, Remarketing etc, Programmatic Ads, Yahoo Ads;
Create paid Social Media Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and also Mobile Network Ads;
Create effective Ad Copy for all SEM and social channels; Run Email Marketing campaigns and Growth Hacking;
Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC / CPA;
- Ability to speak, write and read in English - this is equally important.
- Create performance reports of each ad campaign created on different channels and then optimize the spends and performance.
- Connect with Leads generated and convert them into customers.
- Good functional understanding Social Media Channels and SEO and how to optimize the ads so that they are in sync with the Social media channels and SEO.
