Must have worked in a inside sales process in a IT firm for a least 4 to 5 years. Or he could be from a US B2B process from one of the BPOs but must have transitioned to US IT sales.
Must have excellent spoken English, graduate preferable with good knowledge of IT, with prior exposure to US B2B sales. US Accent or Neutral accent is preferred.
One of the key traits that we consider important for this position is that the individual should carry a mature head on his shoulders, must be able to work with out supervision, ambitious not a job hopper and really willing to get in to a sales role with a IT firm.
Shift : 5.30PM to 2.30 AM Drop facility only in the night. The individual has to come on his own. Dinner reimbursed @ 90 rupees per day
Position Responsibility
The inside sales executive would be required to
Identify the right executives at US Banks, and Insurance companies using online resources such as data.com, Linkedin etc So he must have experience in researching information using online tools.
Cold call the senior executives at these institutions, brief them about our software system and then convince them for an online Webex meeting with our US Sales director.
Make minimum of 70 calls per day and log every call detail in the CRM system.
