Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, with US as the primary market.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Answering prospects questions and sending additional information as needed. Being available for client calls as per the business hours applicable for the assigned market.
Proactively nurturing potential leads to generate interest for Haptik's suite of products and services.
Assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further nurturing and closure.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Work with cross-functional teams, internal and external with ease and drive them towards a common goal.
Proven inside sales experience.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as HubSpot.
