Position Description

  • To provide pre-sales technical support to clients by identifying the customer requirements
  • and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio.
  • Delivering tailored presentations and demonstrating the full product capability to prospects
  • To articulate, through written submissions and oral presentations, solutions to business and
  • analytics teams
  • Craft sales pitches for the sales team and design campaigns for marketing efforts
  • Interfacing with the Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery

Position Responsibility

  • The ability to ask the right questions to uncover explicit and implicit requirements
  • Commanding level of communication skills as you will be expected to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to put together compelling proposals while working against time. You will be expected to pay full attention to details……cross all the tees and dot all the eyes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A degree in MBA or Computer Science from tier-1 institute with 5 - 7 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role specializing in SaaS Solutions
