Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and lead our Human Resources department.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, Talent Acquisition, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Position Responsibility

  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Hire Best Talent for the Company
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  •  Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Recommend ways for employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drive, and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Host in-house recruitment events & maintain on floor activities
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
